I am painfully patient with my 87 GN. She has never let me down, no mater what the sercomstances are. I have been installing go fast parts since 1987. I monitor with a OTC4000. Todays weather is 75 degrees with 50%humidity at sea level. Great day. My #s are at WOT 4850 RPMs, she had more but ran out of road or to scared. Well into 3rd. 18lbs of boost. TT 5.7 Alky chip, set on 6. Fuel pressure is 43 static. 02 .88- TPS 4.56- MAF 255- IT 128- BLM 128- LV8 255- No knock. I bet there is room for safe improvement.

You have to remember that the OTC4000 has a different O2 reference level than all the others, so..... If you're seeing .880, any other scan tool will be reading .780
so take that reading with a grain of salt, and to be on the safe side get a wideband O2 and stop guessing.

I will and would like to. This wideband O2 will help me in what manner?

It's an accurate way to measure air/fuel. The narrowband is only accurate at stating above or below 14.7:1. It is not accurate in telling you how far in either direction that you are with your AFR.

The wideband will tell you exactly how far you need to adjust your fueling.

Hello; My OTC 4000 will or will not work with the wb02 or it ?

It's a 0-5v reference output but it doesn't pass through the ECM so I don't think you'll see it. Most come with a separate gauge or you view it through powerlogger or FAST or BS3 or whatever you run.

Thank you for that. Jim
