Need a lot more pics, especially underhood and interior. Crawl around all over it and through it looking for rust and damage. Seems to be a pretty good deal though.

the only thing that i see whats wrong with it needs some TLC like minor body work, paint shop and some new seat covers

That minor work adds up $$

as for 25lbs 12,6 is ok but something is amiss I would think quicker.

I think you better read up a little before making a mistake.

You might want to ask a member that lives in your area (wherever that is) to go look at it with you.

I will chip in and agree that it sounds like a pretty good deal. But you need to beware. It is likely to be a huge money pit. If you buy it at that price you shouldn't have any problem getting rid of it just as a complete parts car, should it become a problem child. If you are not prepared emotionally and financially to dump a few grand in it after purchase then you need to tread carefully. Get a local TR expert to look it over. Make sure that everything that is supposed to be there is still there, and that the common issues are checked over. If it needs a lot of mechanical work you might get in over your head. Don't mean to scare you away from one, but they can scatter fast in the hands of someone who doesn't know what they are doing.

Ha ha! Bob, where were you with this advice when I was buying mine when I lived back in KS? Would have saved me thousands of dollars and a lot less nights on the couch! :D

Back then I was just as ignorant! Lol. My first get together with the gwtra they asked what I was running for plug gap, I said "I dunno, never had 'em out...". Both Brians, Shawn, and Ralph lowered their heads and did a collective "facepalm". Priceless moment in my life. :)

To me that seems like a great deal. That being said people on this site are very generous so find someone in your area to bring with you to check it out, then buy them lunch.
