I would like to install a turbo v6 in a A body chassis a 1965 Le mans to be specific.

I just fabbed a couple of tabs off the crossmember and welded them on. After I removed the stock pads.

Thanks for the info, Did you weld the tabs directly to the cross member or to the old frame mounts?

Directly to the crossmember.

i lined up the buick pads to the crossmember and drilled new holes . super easy

I saw where you had a LT1 with a 4l60 before you went with the turbo and 200r4, is there a reason you never used the 4l60 with the turbo. I am kinda new at this just asking questions.

Thanks for that info, I haven't had a chance to work on my project for a while. I have a LT1 with a 4l60 in the chassis now and have not had it complete when I found myself with an extra turo V6 and thought I would put that in instead. Now I'm going to have to rethink this or find a 200R4.
