IAC counts

Trying to get my new rig running decent and the IAC counts are around 60-65 at idle hot. the throttle blade screw is all the way out and it will not go down. what should I look for? car also lean at idle blm 98ish. is this due to a possilbe vac or exhaust leak?

If your BLM is 98, you are running rich. The computer is pulling fuel out. To lower the IAC number you have to open the throttle. What is your TPS set at? Have you gone through the TPS/IAC setup procedure?

I agree..... you open the throttle blade with the screw.... to lower the IAC...... closing the throttle plate (backing the screw out) will raise the IAC.

tps is at .44 I will try to set up both tonight after work. thanks
