iac pegged

Don't know why this is happening. The car has always been perfect and never had any problems until tonight. blm is also up to 134, when it used to be at 128-126. I also have noticed a few days ago my tps reading went from .40 to .36. I adjusted it to .44 running and it was fine the last few days until tonight. I replaced the iac back when I rebuilt the motor and I have maybe 1000 miles on it. The car has done this before but it was very briefly and has come out of it the 2 times I've done it. Cross counts seem to moving fine, maf is reading 04, got good vacuum. Thoughts?

iac pegged? to what value? It can go as hight as 150....Is yours really that high?
