Iac reading 0

I'm getting close to having this baby tuned in the idle is a lil rough could it be the iac the scanmaster reading is 0 at idle what should it be? Any info I really appreciate it,thanks

I would check for a vacuum leak first.

Turn the star screw to the left to close the butterfly then re adjust your TPS to .42
