What are some good numbers for the IAC at Idle and Idle RPM?

My car is in the 60-70 range and I was wondering if this is correct?

After the car's been driven and warmed up, what you should see at idle while in Park/Neutral should be something between 15-25 or so, It'll be higher in gear.

What idle rpm you see is dictated by the chip, and chip only. There is no mecanical idle rpm adjustment.
