Im 21, and Just got my first T TYPE in DEC 03. All I can say is, read up on them and get to know about them. Im still learning about these cars, but have gone along way since I started reading on these Buick sites.

Hail, im 39 and it took me 15 years to get one. Never give up on your dream.

Yep. I was 18 and drooling over them in the showroom. I finally got one 3 years ago. Wish I did it LONG ago.

Had mine since 87, its an 86. Runs pretty good. Could prolly make you crap yerself with it..... Save yer pennies and go for it!

Hey, another Shane! Stop stealing my name! :D

Seriously though, welcome aboard. A GN is more attainable than you might think. I got my first G-Body at 15, traded up for a 1988 Monte Carlo that I put a 350 in. That got stolen and the Buick bug bit at 18.

I picked up a GN Clone 1983 T-Type which I kept for two years. Along the way I picked up my 87 GN at 19, and currently my 86 GN at 21. Just work hard and save, man. You'll get one!

And once again, welcome aboard!

thanks for all the welcomes and i hope i learn alot about GN so when i get my GN i will know alot about it.

Welcome! I was pretty much just out of high school when the awesome intercooled '86s came out. I figured I would NEVER be able to buy one. Well, I bought my first T-Type in '90 and have since owned three TRs! With some hard work and perserverance, you'll get your chance!

FWIW, my 18 year old daughter literally yells "NO" at me whenever I mention the thought of selling our WE4. As a matter of fact, I let her take it down the 1/4 mile the other weekend. Her first time EVER driving down the track solo she ran a 12.5@112... not bad!
