ID these rocker arms please

I'm trying to find instructions and torque specs for these rocker arms I bought gently used from my car's previous owner. Can someone identify these for me please?

they look like harland sharp's

looks like some pieces are missing. The mounting hardware? Three bolts with oval shaped hardware that mounts over the shaft to secure the shaft to the head? Look at pics of other roller rockers, they should be very similar.

Thanks. I've got the bolts and oval-shaped pieces in a jar with the lifters. I should have included them in the photos. Thanks for the fast reply.

Instructions can be found at harlandsharp.com. You are going to have to grind the sides of the rocker stands to clear the rockers though. Not a big deal.
