ID these speakers please

They are in the dash location. I was expecting 3.5's of some sort.....

They say Delco electronics on them. They are some sort of dome tweeter, not a cone tweeter. They have a capacitor attached to them.

Here are some numbers from the back.

All that is on the back of them.

Any idea what these come from?

That is the stock dash speaker if you have a concert sound II system. The 5 1/4 is in the door panel, tweeter in the dash.

Ah....so it is supposed to be there. Cool I guess.....at least now I know.

Do most people upgrade from the tweeter to a 3.5?

I did. I ended up using Eclipse 3.5's and I made a small drop down "L" bracket to mount them. Most good 3.5's will have a raised tweeter and I didn't want it hitting the dash cover.
