, as far as owning a house, I've been down that road bought Low 6 yrs ago and sold high and the peak of the market 
took the money and ran to the bank and its been there ever since, I dont see anything wrong with living in an Apartment as many of us do, at least i dont live in BFE where it smells like cow $hit everytime the wind blows and everyone can afford a 4 bedroom for about 200k but have to drive 100 miles to get anywhere decent , I am just waiting for the chance to find something for a fair price before i buy again or wait until the market fully takes a dive which it will soon and then I will pounce on another home, I am happy that you own a house as many people in this day and age are homeless and living on the streets, at least i know didnt have to rely on my daddy's help with the downpayment to get into a home but perhaps you did.. :biggrin: You should be carefull with what you say as our Moderator lives in a trailer and may take offense of your comment, but he owns over 150k worth of cars and lives happily ever after. :biggrin: and no its not a HONDAAAAAAAAAAA.. but who knows it maybeeee ..gnbooster87
