Heartbreaking. Cockpit held up surprisingly well. Lucky indeed.
After owning an original 427 Cobra I have hallucinated about doin a kit car with a Buick motor in it. Always went back to the "what if" happened. A LOT of these cars are thrown together. I cringe when I see some of the "homeaid" them. 
Even when it is built nice there isn't squat for protection in a crash. This is why I have an RX7 with a Buick in it.. Lots there to protect what brain cells I have left.
