In need of Trans Pressure Gauge

As stated in description. I would like to borrow one or get one on loan. I have a PTS Extreme Trans, and the hook up for it is there. I want to get a look at what condition the trans is in. I'm in the Pittsburgh Area. If you have one and are not far I can drive to you. Let me know!

Hi,
Unless you are under budget constraints, go to a tool supplier and spend $50 for a 300 psi gauge with 4 foot hose, and be done with it. If you are knowledgeable regarding transmissions, you can find out a lot of stuff with a gauge. Line pressure is only the start; you can also check clutch performance on some models. The procedure is in the shop manual. I don't know about the 200 4R, but the 700 R4 has test ports for the clutches. Have fun!

Just trying to save some cash.

Honestly I wasn't sure how much these cost. I got a quote on one for $100.00. Last night I did a search on ebay and came up with this, eBay Motors: TRANSMISSION TOOLS PRESSURE GAUGE HD STAINLESS 300PSI (item 110043437528 end time Aug-08-07 15:22:22 PDT)

Looks like it should do the job just fine.
