Probably needs a 3000-3200 stall. Probably flows enough for upper 500s/low 600 HP. Just guestimates. But if you are looking to buy a turbo I would choose another one. IMO. Unless you are getting one very cheap. The 50 series turbos are pretty rare. The 53 seems the least used for some reason. I know people that have run the 54 and liked it. Not saying the 53 wont work either. But it is an old design and there are better choices out there.

I bought what i though was a (so the seller said)te45 and it wasnt so i got screwed with a te53 according to john craig

gotcha. I is probably similar to a TE60 or a 61 I think. Or close to that.
