Is there anyway to figure out Injector Duty Cycle with TurboLink?

Actually Yes but you need the Extender chip with "Z" datastream and it uses the PROMID field...but the number you see needs to go through a calculation to get duty cycle percentage...not sure how accurate it is though cause it shows my MSD 50's being maxed out at 99-100%...

That's with the translator & extender chip right? That's cool.
I noticed in his sig that he runs a Reds chip...no trans

My Translator and Maf should be here today. I am thinking maybe DirectScan is next on my to do list.

If you make your own chips you can substitute the injector pw for the prom ID and log it using turbolink. I posted that several years ago to the gnttype list, along with a blm lock code patch. Course, if you make your own chips you really need ds anyway :-).

Ken 'fixed' the new versions of T-Link so you can no longer run in ALDL mode, but if you still have the old (parallel port) style cable you should be able to run 2.13 from DOS and see the injector pulse width or duty cycle... hmmm don't remember). Try it and see.
