Trying to trouble shoot an issue and my next step is to verify the injector harness is working correctly. Car will NOT start. What's an easy way to verify the harness is working correctly?

Remove one of the injector plugs and use a test light with the key on to see if you have power.

I'm assuming one side is power and the other is ground...one should have power and the other shouldn't. Correct?

There should be battery power one of the terminals, and the other is from the PCM, it controls the injectors with a Pulse ground.

Ok thanks guys.

common for them to have issues with higher miles and time ... typically the wires rub through .. on the positive side it will usually trip the fuse.. but on the ground side car will just run like crap ...

I replace them .. for the money its a no brainer

Dumb question. If I have a LED pulse tool, should the LED flash when I crack the car over? Again I cant get the car started.

If cranked long enough, yes, the light should blink each time that injector is fired by the ECM. I say cranked long enough as it can take up to two full revolutions before the cam sync signal is seen by the ICM. If it never lights up (blinks) it may be the cam sensor, crank sensor, or the ICM. Of course a blown fuse for the ICM (there are two) can also do it.
