Injector Question

I just bought an '86 turbo regal. I was wondering if I could run a 49mm turbo with stock injectors.

You can run any turbo with any size injector. The question is how far you can turn the boost up with it though.

From what I've been reading they say 36 lb do the trick. I'll just wait to put on the bigger turbo

Buy the mototrons 60/65's with a matching chip and don't look back.

And don't forget to address EVERY weak link and preventative maintenance items before flooring it.

I don't mean to high jack this thread but since we are on the subject of injectors. I took my injectors out the other day and all of them have a hand engraved date and 44.4 on them. My paperwork with my car says 50 lb injectors although I can't find a part # to confirm it. I'm thinking these were a matched set and maybe flowed 44.4 at a certain duty cycle? Does this make sence to anyone?
