injector replacement

i was going to replace my injectors but i am having a problem i take the coil pack nuts off and the bolts that the coil pack were sitting on i dont know how to get them off they dont look like a regular bolt they look really weird they are the 2 directly under the coil pack on a 87 ic car please help

what you are calling bolts are studs...if in fact the coilpack bracket hardware is factory issue...do you have the coilpack bracket off?..there should be 2 nuts...and one bolt on the back side of coil...maybee the studs are turning with the nuts while you loosen them???...you might have to "hold " the stud to keep it from loosning ..use a wrench on the stud hex drive..i think its a 10mm...hope this helps.. joe

oh so i use a 10mm open end wrench to remove the studs thank you for the help that was the weirdest thing that i have ever seen
