I have a brand new in the box Innovative/Garrett 91mm T-6 A/R 1.00 with G-trim exhaust wheel.

Innovative/Garrett polished 88mm. It has 10 passes on it and is in perfect working order. T-6 thumper with A/R 1.23

No they are not. Ballbearings turbos are very expensive.
