Inspection needed in Sacramento area

If anyone in the Sacramento area wants to pick up a hundred bucks, I need to get some eyes on a late 80s Porsche 911 that a friend of mine is considering buying. Wanting a cosmetic review as well as a report from a test drive and any details on issues you observe with the car.
