Install a 400 Trans in a TR

What does it take to put a 400 trans in a 87 GN?
Do you have to change the driveshaft and cross member?

I'm putting one in now. Bought a Poly Tranny mount from HRPartsnstuff. All it does is allow you to use your existing cross bar that the back of the tranny bolts to. Things to keep in mind: If you want a Tranny brake you have to manually shift it all the time. If you don't and use it as an automatic then you have to figure a way to wire the kick down. Other than that you need to put the right shaft on your drive shaft to fit the 400 tranny. Sorry don't know all the proper terms. Also will need a different TC.
