installing scanmaster?

Is there away that i can install my scanmaster by using a cigarette
adapter for the power source like a radar detector would and then connect to the ALDL has anyone done this?

yes you can just use a 10amo fuse in the middle of the plug so you don't smoke the scanmaster. i have mine done with the cig lighter works great.

Sounds great thanks I'm going to give that try.I don't drive the car very much and don't want to leave the scanmaster in the car all the time so that should work out good.
