Interior door panel removal?

I'm going to try to find time this weekend to pull the interior door panels off my car. I'm going to replace the window sliders and key cylinders.
Question #1- Any secrets to removal I need to know so I don't screw anything up?
Question #2- Are there any suggestions you have while I have the panels off.

No special secrets to popping them off. Take your time and be gentle. If you're missing some of the plastic tabs don't worry, you buy packages of new ones at your local autozone...

As for what to do. Clean and lube everything that moves. it wil make your life easier in the future.
