Is the iTrader Rating Gone for good?

Looking for the iTrader to leave feedback on some parts I just picked up....Is it gone for good or am I just over looking it?

Hey Charlie, how about a way to access our previously uploaded pix so we can link them into new threads? I'm kinda frugal and hate the idea of wasting server space uploading the same old pix over and over and over...
