I was just wondering if there was anything I could do to get rid of this spy ware crap. I keep getting emails returned to me from addresses that I have never seen before. Thanks for any help.

7. AND, make sure only to accept software from known good sites like Microsoft (that's a tongue-in-cheek joke in itself...). It's far too easy to go to a site and just habitually accept the software install. This will burn you.
