Is there a fuse that controls the fuel pump ?

Is there a fuse that controls the fuel pump and if so, can you please tell me where it is located ?
Would like to see if thats the problem before I decide to install a new pump.

Yes just above your feet (while driving), it's in the fuse panel (or whatever it's called) under the driver side dash panel. A 10 amp (red) if I remember correct, I usually pull this one and run the car till it dies on me to relief the fuel pressure from the system before changing the fuel filter or similar.
