To turn off those linkback notifications that come in my email?

go to your user CP, then go to edit options, scroll down to the PM section, and you'll see a box to uncheck to not recieve email notification.

Im not looking to turn off pm notifications,It the notifications for "linkbacks" when someone links a post
to another forum.

You have to unsubscribe from the thread that is sending the linkbacks.
