Is this a good idea?

I have recently found an ad for a 1982 regal near where I live. It says in the ad that it was a turbo car, but now it is "plain 3.8" It says it has a mint interior. I was just wondering if it would be a good idea to buy this car if it had the original rear end, tranny, and and engine without the turbo on it, and just put the turbo system back on? I'm not quite sure where to buy a turbo, nor do I know how much it would cost. Any help, questions, comments, or concerns would be greatly appreciated.

no dont waste your time and money.. just buy at true TR dont try and convert it will cost ya too much.
