That one and the 85 1/24 were sold through Danbury mint. The were selling them for $109.99. I found both a while back on E-bay cheaper.

Hello John and Brook,

That's what I was thinking....but if you look at the
second link I posted, it's also available at GMP's website...
Must not have sold very well...would have done better
through Ted.

Hey John,
Maybe they'll release that 85 GN again too.....

Steve

yeah.. still trying, unsuccessfully, to find that 85 GN....

Hey brook, wanna sell yours???

GMP only has a few left of the maroon one...

I'm a member of (GMP's) Toms Garage. BEST "club" I've ever been in  ....

cost $25 to join. They give you a $15 gift cert when joining... then they give you a $25 gift cert on your birthday... not to mention I got one of the limited yellow mustang convertibles when I joined (for free with joining), which I ended up selling to my buddy for $50! ;) (he has the real "full scale" matching car) .... then... this month I ended up winning a free car of my choosing (they draw key #'s every month)... so I chose the maroon 1:24 that I just listed in this auction!

It's been a profitable club to be in!

old i have it also have an 85 its ok in maroon but the white and black were much better. but the coolist color they had was the sage green (my box says 200 no sticker)

I didn't even realize they were out of them now. Both Philly and Danbury used to have them. I sure looks like GMP bought them back from them. They wouldn't have had that problem with Epitome. I knew I should have bought more. Unfortunately I only purchased one of each. Keep an eye out on E-bay. I'm sure one will show up.
