Is this a stock GN chip AMBF 7039?

When I bought my TTA over 4 years ago I got two Delco chip with it, one was the original TTA chip (APXB 3897) the other one was a Delco AMBF 7039 so was wondering if this is a GN chip or not?

AMBF, 2.8L, auto, 87 MY, 1227302 ecm, as I recall

But, I don't run 9s so you might not want to take me seriously.
