When replacing my radiator the two AC lines support brackets were secured to the top cover with a nut spacer between the brackets and the cover. So, are the spacers original or added later on?

That looks factory, although it seems like the stud with integral nut and captive washer were black oxide.
Mine’s an ‘86 and should be the same.
I’m an original owner and reused the factory hardware when I made a dual 14” fan and shroud setup in the early ’90’s.
I’ll look when I get home.
 
I found an old photo and it looks like I’m wrong.
No nut spacer.
I’ll take some better pictures when I get home.

fan is held to support with the double ended studded nut with washer, then the ac clamps go on stud end followed by another washered nut (10mm head)
 
After further review, pacecarta is correct.
Sorry for the confusion.
