Is this set up wrong??

I have no bottom end. could my problem be I have a 61 turbo and a 23-25 stall. top end is good.do i need smaller turbo or bigger stall?

I'm going thru the same thing. It looks like you have to pick one of the 2. If your tranny is well built with good parts, I'd put in a converter and you should be good.
