Is this the stock chip?

I've been having some rough idling issues (see: Unplug O2 sensor and car runs smoothly (in this forum)), and it was suggested that I check to be sure I have the stock chip (my car is stock).

I checked the chip today:

The top of the chip says:

Delco
DNN
2263

There also was no foil covering (as I've heard there should be).

I did a search and couldn't find any numbers that matched this.

Is this the correct stock chip? Thanks for any help.
