ISO THDP or equal quality

im not even sure if people that have them would wanna part with it. Anyone have a 3" THDP for sale??? Is there anyway to clearly know if one is a truely THDP??

I have one I might part with. THDP 3" Stainless steel. I'll have to see If I have pics, if not ill have to get to the shop this weekend and take a few pics if interested. Its in excellent condition, not all beat up and dented.

The TH downpipe is a nice piece and I was a distributor for Terry and sold many of his DP's, and his exhaust system as well.

However we are now in the 21st century, and many products have been improved.

My opinion on 3" DP's is that the best quality downpipe ever commercially produced starting last year, and sold in quantity, is carried mainly by RJC, and a couple other vendors.

Here are the many reasons/facts to back up my comment:

1. All parts, including the flange, are stainless steel, unique with this brand only.

2. Mounting holes are slotted to allow proper alignment with the exhaust system.

3. The 90 degree bend has a smoother, longer bend to allow less exhaust gas restriction, and has more clearance for headers like the ATR ones.

4. All the parts are bent, welded and assembled in the USA!

Yup all very true BUT the one I bought with that smoother, longer bend was so close to my inner fender that it started melting it. Sold it & put my TH back on.
