I have been dying to post here do not have any of my other cars running yet so just decided to post a couple of old Kills from when I had my GN on the road. This car was, and is, bone stock just well maintained though had all new plugs, wires, o2 sensor, filters etc boost turned up a little and HO gas... But had many kills under the belt.
Friend had a 1998 Mustang GT with gears and a small cam. He wanted to race that GN so bad he said he would pay me either way, win or lose, just to say he SPANKED A GN. Went to the country and counted them off. 1st pass head up the stayed with me to he shift to second and I steadily pulled away by about 3 cars at the end. He could drive wasn't missed shift he admitted. 2nd Pass I let him leave, same result but about 1 1/2 cars ahead at end. He was so mad he sold that mudstain a few weeks later.
My favorite of all time;
My moms boyfriend had a 1973 Pontiac Grand Am, yes Grand Am. It had a 400 big block and a 3 or 4 speed transmission. He talked crap to me for an entire year about what the big block would do to that V6. Seriously it went on for an entire year but I did not want my mom to know I would race the car. Finally on Christams morning he started that same crap, becuase I got a dash pad and couple of other GN things as gifts. I walked out side it was nice and chilly (turbo loved that). I went and said enough is enough let's do this thing. Mom says yea I am tried of hearing it too. We take off down the road and he keeps pushing me reving motor. Hit the old race line he says "GO whenever that V6 decides to move." I say "Na you get the honors." He just laughs and laughs and starts reving. I had practiced so much with my car I could leave and just turn em over a few times and gone!!! So he leaves and I wait till he stops spinning, no excuses, and I leave nice and smoothly. It was a JOKE I passed him and steadily pulled away to he just gave up.
Went back home he says" I knew they were fast but I thought youd burn through 1st" Needless to say I never heard that ole V6 ***T again.

. Like I said I have had MANY of the Cars. I had one that was BAD *SS. It would smoke a stock GN. But this is a TURBO REGAL board in a forum called KILLS. It was the truth and its not like I am on a mustang board bragging about beating "mudstains"
