Just finished a 48hour trek up to MA. Towed my GN to Jack in a trailer. Jack was on the phone, after hours, helping customers tune FAST, talking about engine build-ups, etc...on a fri. night when I arrived. His whole family is focused on customer support, even after the sale. What other vendor would the owner answer the phone, even after hours, and help you with whatever you want.

Jack and his wife went beyond any normal vendor. They showed me around Springfield MA, took me out to a great resturant, even let me sleep in their house.

I'm a total stranger!!

How cool is that?!!

Their shop is clean and organized with just about everything needed to make a car from scratch.

I see customers stopping by just to say hi, and hang out all day. Great place!!

Brian can whip out custom parts fabbed in his shop better than most men 2x his age. Pretty impressive. They take great pride in their work.
