Janis 2004r stage 1?

Can anyone tell me what exactly goes into Janis's stage 1 build for the 2004r?

I looked on his website, but I can't find a spec listing.

He did the T-350 in my GS, super nice guy, hes a wealth of knowledge, and his shop is only 40 mins from me, so I was able to drop off and pick up.
Yes, give him a call or stop by his shop if your close enough, he'll work with you.

I will tell you this, my old car has a stage 1 from Janis has been ran hard for the last 2 years at around 500rwhp and never misses a beat!
Car runs 11.00/11.20 at 123/124mph shifts perfect every time.
I think he rates his stage 1 at 550hp I think worth every penny in my book!
