Fill out a complaint against him, the city's attorney's will go after him & issue tickets for any deceptive practices he has committed.

On Jan. 28th his hearing will be at Central Hearing Facility, 400 W. Superior, Rm. 106, Chicago, IL, he was issued 7 tickets for deceptive practices.

The fines range anywhere from $500 to $1000 for each ticket.

Anyone interested in getting their money back should fill out the complaint form

UPDATE: Joey never showed up for the Hearing, wonder why?? I guess he figured this would be the end of it. WRONG! For those of you who have been following this the original fine went from $1,400 to now $7,900!! Glad I filed a complaint with the Dept. of Business Affairs & Consumer Complaints in Chicago.
