I have a 24hr 7day a week number just for this. I even had it ( the phone) with me at the time you posted this thread. That would have been the way to go, not here. I will be unavailable till tommorrow mid afternoon, but other than that, the one call would have put you right to me. It is listed on the website.
At this time, I do not know what to say as I dont have backround on this as of today. When I know more about the goings on, then I could reply.
Oh and SCREW those import guys. Like they never break......

Sorry buddy, every time I call ya at the shop you're to busy to talk so I thought I would just post you something. I wasn't trying to dog on your stuff either, just wanted some ideas cause Paul only works a couple days a week. My bad

For the entire month you have enjoyed your car and Bruce's transmission, but haven't heard you mention how it was working here on the board. I find it extremely inappropriate of you to immediately go to the Board and bad mouth Bruce without trying to contact him, and discuss what is happening. You paid Southeast Turbo maybe you should have called us. You couldn't even wait until Monday to aire your complaints. Bruce hasn't sabotaged your transmission and wouldn't have the outstanding reputation, which drew you to him, if he doesn't back up his work. You begin having problems this week after driving the car for 4 weeks. You brought the car to the shop where I found a clogged filter. After cleaning filter and replacing the fluid we took the car for a five mile test run. Your pump pressure is as good as the day you installed the unit. The trans shifts as firm as it ever has. It was not making any noises when you picked it up. The noise you hear is pump cavitation due to filter blockage. There are no broken parts in your transmission! I'm sorry that the problem has returned, but I can tell you that after speaking to Bruce this weekend, we will find the cause and correct it. Your car and your satisfaction is our number one priority this week!

Once again, I would like to apologize. This was a freak thing that there was debris in the system somewhere and neither PTS or SE Turbo has been negligent in any way, only helpful. All the parts are fine and should last for years. Sorry Bruce for any headaches this caused, and I will come back to you for parts and service in the future and continue to send you business. Because of my errant judgement, I will not post in this forum again. Thank you for your time.

please dont take that way. We ALL have to vent. In fact just last month I put up a post apologizing for me inserting my foot in my mouth. We ALL get upset as these cars can drive you insane.
What seperates the good from the bad is the fact that we are men enough to admit our blunders and go on. I , for one, appreciate it, that you care enough to say something. You had every right to be pissed. If you do not think I was pretty pissed off, you are sadly mistaken my friend. As soon as you posted I was on phone to Paul raising hell as to what was up and what was happening. This is a "freak" as you say. I have never experianced this in 20 years and yes I am stumped. Converter will be out here RED in the morning and we will cut and clean and get back to you ASAP. Hopefully by Monday you will be up and running. Again, with sincere apologies from both PTS and SE TURBO, we and I am sorry. I know this may not seem like much but I need to find out what took place just for piece of mind.
Anyway, you are being taken care of 100% and I wish that you do not turn and walk away. Dont sweat the small crap dude and we will all be laughing about this ( except Paul as he learned a lesson here too) down the road.

I know this is suppose to be a personal thread...
but I just wanted to express how well I thought this was handle by all parties involved. I doubt Derrick meant any ill will when posting his initial thread, just frustrated and not sure how to proceed. Also think it’s great to see how respectful and upstanding Bruce is by replying to his apology. I believe there is a moral to this story to be learned by all, as I personally have yet to find any one person or thing in this life that has achieved “Perfection” and I’m sure that all involved will be satisfied in the end and hopefully this thread will be left to fall by the wayside to end on a good note.
