:D It's a 84 T Type! I don't know what shade of red looks burgundy (paint is faded bad) bumper fillers are shot a few little nicks and dents. Only rust is the corner of the drivers side door. The car has blackout trim and burgundy interior, t tops, digital dash. Inside is clean as can be was a true little old lady's car  The best part is the motor was just rebuilt over the summer (stock 84 build) turbo and trans were re-built a few years ago and every part of the brake system was replaced 7 years ago from the master cyl to the lines. I got all the receipts for everything. I'm not out to make this one fast thats why I have a 87' :D This is my winter project to learn body work and how to paint if I am lucky. I always wanted a hot air car and have wanted to get a t top - T Type so this car fit my bill! All I plan on doing is exhaust and some hard plubing under the hood but thats about it. I'll take some pics today it was to dark last night when I brought it home.

We look forward to seeing you in this section keeping us updated on your progress. Classicmotoring.com has a great area to describe how to prep to paint. Lot's of great information and products. Meguiars.com sells really awesome sand paper to do body work. You get really nice results and they have great customer support.

Lots of potential there!! I hope to find something like that in the next year or so, when money allows. Congrats again and keep us updated....

That is one clean old 84 engine. I HAD to be you that bypassed the throttle body coolant lines. I cant imagine an old lady doing that. =-)

congrats. once you get all the basic stuff up to snuff, and a few basic upgrades (modern chip, good exhaust, etc..) you'll see these cars are not as slow as a lot of people make them out to be.
