How do I use it correctly?
How should I tune it? I have a TT chip.

Go to the VORTEX site or gnttype.org

There it will tell you how to adjust the TPS and IAC correctly. If you have an issue, call me. You already have my number. Good Luck!

'87 Turbo T w/E85, 224/224, ported iron heads and intake, 80 lbs injector, TE45A, GEN II, TT and EXTENDER EXTREME G, XP Double pumper and something secret, 86 T-TYPE (Kenne Bell test car) and '11 Tundra Limited Sent from my iPhone using Turbobuick

x2 on above sites, bookmark 'em both!!!
TPS & IAC dance can be tricky;
FWIW: I mounted my ScanMaster on the radio pod w/ enough lead to put it on the dash & flip it around to face the engine
(you can read it between hood & firewall)
I secured it with one of those adhesive flexible magnet sheets
as the Velcro's glue melts here in Houston summers
HTH!

You first need to adjust the IAC.... (Make sure the car is off for resetting the IAC back to factory specs) Back out the idle screw until flush with throttle body. Now turn it in 2.5 turns..... Turn on key, engine off, adjust the TPS to .42v.... On adjusting the TPS there are two screws. You loosen the TPS and move the TPS down to lower the number and up to raise the number. I suggest that you use a screwdriver and socket. Dont over tighten. Now start the car. This should set you in almost perfect. If IAC continue to be high then you have a vacuum leak. TPS doesn't control your idle. It is for throttle response.
