My governor spring popped out on me yesterday so before I put it back together I wanted to check on spring retaining methods. I did a search and the "plastic screw in the governor weight" looks pretty simple so is it still state of the art?
Another thing I wanted to check on is the plastic cone shaped piece the spring rides on in some pics I see. Mine doesn't have that so should it?
