I was just wonder the coolent tubes under the turbo,and below the the down pipes,and above the valve cover . can i by pass the lines????????????

if your talking about the lines that run to the throttle body then yes

can i run a hose to by pass it from the water pump too the block?

all you need to do is "cap" them off....i used 5/16" vacuum caps from any auto store and some tiny clamps...

are you talking about the heater hoses?come off the waterpump and go back to the firewall?

yes that the ones it loops behend the turbo ,next to the fire wall. what the best way remove the oil return line so i can remove the turbo?

those are your heater hoses,so if you remove them you won't have any heat.
