There have been a number of people concerned about their orders with Keith myself included.

Well here is the latest. We received the intake this Saturday.

It certainly took longer than was expected but the quality of his work goes a long way in forgiving the amount of time it took.

So the bottom line here is that Keith came through with the product but it did take longer than it was supposed to.

I do know that this board and Keith are talking to each other trying to solve the problem.

In fairness to all, the positives should be broadcasted not just the negatives.

My own opinion is this. His work is very good and there are not many ( or any for that matter ) that can do this kind of custom work for Buicks without having to pay a LOT more money to get the same product.

I hope for his sake, Keith can get the customer service issues under control. If he can he will have one hell of a business making parts for Buicks and that can only benefit him and all of the people on here that want good parts for a vehicle that is now 16 years old.

yeah i remember the last time somthing like this came up. i gotta say, before i knew anything about the company, i was skeptical, but than i got a sample of the work they do, and i think that any one w/ the tallent that they have dont have any reason to try to cheat people. his buisness looks really good from what i have seen on the website/
i know how it can be to have a million people coming at you at once when your already up to your kneck in work.
its tough!

but i also agree that a truely good buisness has to have good service.

it will be worked out over time.

I hate when they have to do that.

Looks good, only one problem....if it is gasket matched to a FelPro 1400 it sure wont flow too well. (that is an exhaust gasket).:D :D :D

Thanks for sharing your experience with KM. I have heard his work is of good quaility.

Reg,

I was there at his shop when he was finishing your intake up. I saw this thing and even had to move it so Keith could weld my D/S Header. All i can say is WOW hope it flows like it looks:eek:

I agree very nice guy.. He really was born with a talent, he can make anything with a piece of sheet metal and a welder in a very short time.

He does do good work. I waited for my DP from his first GP on this board for months...but boy was it worth it. His work stands out.

Erik

Months as in 2? Or longer?

I only had to wait a couple of weeks past the original delivery date.

I was one of the first on the GP and waited between 2-3 months, but after it came in, I didn't want to put it on the car cause it looked so damn good. More like a piece of jewelry than a car part.

There was a lot of stink thrown around in regard to Mease. People have to understand that when a Group Purchase is started, there is a lot more involved than just Keith. There are suppliers and vendors that are put in the mix as well. I am happy to say that all my e-mails were promptly replied to, and the man even took time out of his day to talk to me on the phone when I called. I would be happy to do business with KM in the future, and would be willing to wait for his products.

Erik

I was pleased with my DP and plan to buy more of his fine products in the future.Mad props to Keith yo!!:D

emailed about headers Keith, contact me if you can. i am still running my stock ones, and their killing my head flow. Just not sure where to buy or whose for that matter. I may need to sell my atr racegate downpipe though
Otto

Keith, got your e-mail last night. Two Weeks? YOU THE MAN!!! Really, it sounds like you build great stuff - I can't wait! Again, please P.M. me or call the shop for the C.C. info. Thanks again, John Rossington

Ha Ha!!!!

Toxic 6 is famous.

Now lets hope it is fast!!

Just an observation... but with some foresight considering the amount of turnaround time Keith has on this stuff, if youre planning a motor or to use his parts maybe ordering around end of October, early November is good.... then it doesnt matter how long he takes because even if it takes a reallllly long time you will still probably get it just around when you can actually use it (especially if u have to work outside like me and dont have a garage).

IMO that intake is one of the most beautiful custom engine parts Ive ever seen... Id actually feel bad installing it, it looks like it belongs in a glass case on my mantle. If I had a use for it and major cash to burn id jump on that.
