Waiting for my money since July and nothing yet! Wonder if I will ever see a dime of that money back.

FIrst of anyone that buys and sells on Ebay knows there is sometimes a sellers advantage and sometimes there is a buyers advantage. It is the risk you take selling on Ebay if you dont have a reserve price.
Kenan James had an Auction on Ebay for a TUrbo and a set of injectors that I won. The buy it now price was $550 and the starting bid was $100 with no reserve. I Placed a proxy bid of $250 and no one else bid on it so I won the Auction for $100 for both turbo and injectors. Keep in mind he had the option to put a reserve price and end the auction early which he did none of. I won the auction fair and square. I offered to pay him an $80 bring the total with shipping to $200 even because this was in fact a good deal.
I sent a money the first MO for $120 and offered to send the remaining $80 (which I am sending out of good deed) after the actual turbo and injectors were recieved. I sent the money order immediately, below is the usps confirmation.
recieved it on Status: Delivered

THis is the part that pisses me off the most is he asked to send a money order with no intention of sending the parts. I have emailed him several times inquiring about the status and as I am getting very concerned if I was getting taken here I have the lawyers at my job find out his info and they came up with his Job phone #, home Phone # and social security # and will help me in filing a fraud claim to have a police record on him. He finally replies to say...
" Ha, sue me for 100 dollars go right ahead cost you twice that to settle it. I sent those parts last week, before I moved. Thats right I moved to phoenix AZ. with my brother thats why I haven't been returning e-mails driving cross country thats why I was selling the stuff anyway. So I hope you get'em if not maybe you should sue the post office. Don't have a tracking number that cost to much so good luck."
