Just curious if I can put extra kerosene from my space heater in my diesel tractor? I know I can put diesel in my space heater but it will stink something terrible. I would think it would be okay?

It'll run but kero lacks the lubricity of the diesel. You can add kero to diesel to boost its cold weather properties.

what Billy T says is true. in the rust belt the mix up to 50% kero for the purpose of gelling fuel. the only down fall is your fuel mileage will drop slightly.

Thanks guys. I only had about a gallon and a half so with your replies I mixed it in with the tractor fuel.

Thanks
Chad
