kirban 3'' downpipe

does anyone have any experince with the kirban down pipe for $150?

i had 1 a while ago. its crap. save up for a terry houston and be done. it rattles like crazy.

If your on a budget, then it would work fine.... But i would port the stock elbow and run the stock downpipe, should be good for low 12s if you have the stock turbo.
I would also port the compressor housing and inlet bell.

Save your money for a used STAINLESS STEEL THDP,ATR, OR MEASE downpipe, buy once buy stainless...

I have a kirban/poston's style downpipe for sale. I also have a ported elbow with a bigger puck (mease, I believe). I'd take $140 for both. The downpipe has been welded and is a one piece. Looks real good.

I run one on the GN. It is a PITA to install, compared to a Terry Houston.

switched from the kirban 2-piece to the ATR 1 piece. BIG difference: better mid range and spool-up and no leaks. Could not get the Kirban pipe to seal no matter what I did.

even if your on a budget, save your $ for a little bit longer & get a Houston & be done with it!
