First order with them and I paid for 2nd day air.
The order did not go out, so I called them after 2 days of waiting for the tracking number to see what it was.

She(sorry I don't know her name), looked and said hold on...

A few minutes she returned and stated we are sorry it was not sent out and you should have it tomorrow.
I said sent out tomorrow? She said no, you will have it in your hands, I said that is fine.

I received the tracking# and checked on it. It said ground shipping and it will arrive 5 days later.
I called them back, and I spoke with a gentleman there and he said that he is so sorry and will see if UPS can change the method, I said probably not.

He said we will refund the shipping + $10 for my troubles. I said, thank you, but can I have a credit instead?
He said sure!

I told him it is not the issue, but how you resolve it! I did not ask for the refund, and would use them again.
 
They have gotten to big, shipping needs someone to over see what the problems are.
