I wanted to give a thumbs up to Kirbans. I bought a few odds and ends from them 2 weeks ago. Hadn't received my order probably 5 days later just knowing that the shipping company had lost it. Emailed Kirbans and they said 2 of the parts were on backorder and would get in that day, and that they'd ship my package out next day shipping for no extra charge. Got the order and it was missing a part. Emailed them again and they credited my card and sent me a copy of the credit in the mail. I really appreciated the professionalism they demonstrated in both instances.
