Knock Sensor tourque

What is recommended amount of tourque when installing?
I was thinking of checking mine. Dont remember if I had tourqued it down when I put it on, or just tightened it down.

There isn't an actual torque spec on it and the sensor doesn't seat in a water or oil passage, so hand tighten should be fine.

NNNOOOOO!!!!!

Over tighten - too senstive (bye-bye timing)
Under tighten - not sensitive enough (bye-bye head gasket!)


I think it's 13 or 14 ft/lbs. I'll have too check.

Thats what I was thinking, I remember hearing about them being too sensitive and want to check and make sure mine is in their right.
